The Blondee Morningside project commenced as a cold shell which required further defit and demolition. Given the nature of the operations, hydraulic design in this old building with low ceiling heights in carpark required careful design and delivery. A number of features were altered during the course of the build which required complex thinking and issue resolution. The outcome was a vivid hair dressing salon in a suburb which see very affluent people visiting.
