The City Cave Caloundra project required a full defit of a Thai restaurant at the base of a multi storey residential apartment complete in the heart of Caloundra. During defit, we encountered a concrete tilt panel wall which was not in the design, not on a plan set. Our team worked closely with designers, franchisee and Head Office to ensure the refined design would enable the operations of the centre based on this key finding.
Final Fitouts are professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. They work diligently and efficiently to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The final result is beyond my expectations.
