Both Cyclebar projects commenced with a demolition and make good of old bank sites. This required us to remove existing bank facilities, such as bank vaults and bullet proof steel panelling throughout. We then proceeded with the complete construction and fitout of the Cyclebar facilities, including: bathrooms and change areas, retail and reception, cycle studio with extreme DA acoustic conditions, AV, mechanical and air.
